Final Countdowns...

It will be our final week on updating the blog, since Pn Rosnafizah have decided to start the presentation on 2-4 oct 2007. We're in the final touch completing the entire findings after lots of researchings, meet and interviewed with the subject. We've work in a team to complete our task. As a team leader, i would like to thanked my members for the supports. Instead the subject itself have given the appropriate answers and full commitments in guiding us to complete our given task. We would like thanked Malaysia Book of Excellency for the support and encouragement by giving ideas and knowledge in the business prespective areas. For the final presentation, there will a powerpoint slides and also some website's link to be presented for the students in the class. We're going to explain details about the business processes and recommendations on BPR towards the selected process.

Preparing for Final Finding

On week 11, after completion of template we are at detailed process design phase. At this phase we need to identify new process structure, tecnology structure, and organization structure to support the computerised faxing system. Lately, all of us are working hard to give the best ending for this project.

Completion of Templates :)

On week nine , we had discussed with the company about our suggestions we had identify through the templates created for the company to improve their business process . Besides that, we had put forward the assumptions, ideas, challenges ,options and also recommended some solutions through our research and findings. It has been a wonderful conversation between the company and us . We had exchange our inputs and also explain about the excepted outcome for business process. In the end, we have concluded that this computerised faxing system would help the subject to enhance its business process . Besides that, we have done our second presentation where it covers the progress as well as the company's business process structure.

On week 10 which is after the presentation ,we have completed the templates.

Before Holiday Break Progress

First we from Infinity Group would like to wish Happy 50th Merdeka. Last week was our holiday break for one week starting on 25th august till 2nd september.Before the holiday break we had discuss about our contents that are inserted into a template form and also regarding our second presentation that will be after the holiday break. Indeed we have discuss what to include in our presentation.
